At TEBO Jewelry, we are committed to providing a seamless and elegant shopping experience from start to finish. To ensure timely and successful delivery of your order, we kindly ask that you provide accurate and complete address information at checkout.

Please note that once your order is placed, modifications to the shipping details may not be possible. For a smooth delivery, it is essential that the name on your order corresponds exactly with the name displayed on the mailbox, letterbox, or postbox at the delivery address.

TEBO  cannot be held responsible for delivery complications arising from incomplete or incorrect address details. Our trusted couriers operate on business days only and do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email titled “Order Complete” once your piece has been carefully packed and shipped from our atelier. Should you not receive this notification within three (3) business days, we encourage you to contact our Client Services team info@teboshop.com for assistance. While we strive for excellence in every delivery, TEBO Jewelry is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by customs procedures, weather conditions, transport strikes, or other unforeseen events. Additionally, any customs duties, taxes, or related fees incurred upon international delivery remain the responsibility of the recipient. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–10 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–5 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance or weather conditions.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically taking 7-14 business days. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to hygiene and quality control, we cannot accept returns on earrings or custom-made pieces. For all other items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition. Please contact us before initiating a return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@teboshop.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, custom pieces, or gift cards are non-returnable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.
